Meet Kingstown College Team
Paula King
Director of Kingstown College, Paula is a psychologist and leadership coach. She is registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) on the Register of Competence in Psychological Testing. She is a member of the Society for Coaching Psychology. Paula holds an MSc in Coaching and Organisational Development from Portsmouth University and is President of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council in Ireland.
Edward Boland
Edward Boland is a Director of Kingstown College. Edward is a highly experienced coach, mentor, trainer and facilitator. He has a particular interest in the area of career coaching and has worked with hundreds of clients assisting them in how to prepare for and conduct a professional interview. He is the only qualified Assessor in Ireland for the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and he is a Board Member of the EMCC in Ireland.
Shelley Anne Crawford
Shelley is a Senior Lecturer with Kingstown College and Head of Student Support. An Executive and Wellbeing Coach and Health Ergonomist with two decades of experience in the field of education in various roles from lecturer to programme designer and project manager, Shelley is also an EMCC EIA Assessor, qualified Coach Supervisor and BPS registered Psychometric Ability and Personality Tester.
Dr Rashmi Malhotra
Dr Rashmi Malhotra is part of the Kingstown College International Faculty. Rashmi, originally from India, now resides in the USA delivering the Kingstown College internationally accredited Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching.
Ray O’Rourke
Ray is the Director of the Kingstown College Department in Australia. Ray’s passions are people and business, which continue to draw him in search for improved approaches to achieving the best from ourselves and how we practice business.
Angelos Derlopas
Angelos Derlopas, PCC, CMC leads the Greek Faculty of Kingstown College. Angelos is an Executive and Leadership Coach. He is an expert in developmental dialogue and a professional ICF credentialed coach (PCC), a Coach Instructor and assessor. Angelos is also a certified practitioner of NLP and a Certified Mentor Coach (CMM) registered on the ICF Mentor Coach Registry.
James Mcleod
James Mcleod is a key member of the Kingstown College team and a tutor and executive coach. He has over 30 years of business experience in a variety of senior leadership roles at established media powerhouses including The Wall Street Journal, The International Herald Tribune and The New York Times.
Dr Jim Loughrey
Dr Jim Loughrey is one of Kingstown College’s external assessors. He delivers executive coaching and coaching supervision throughout Ireland and has held a number of Executive Director and Board-level positions within the Public Sector.
Brad Allen
Brad is a Kingstown College Associate and Executive Coach with an interest in leadership performance. His aim is to help simplify the job of leading. Brad’s focus is on awareness and execution, specifically helping individuals, businesses and teams optimise how they think and act so they are succeeding further.
Prayrak Mehra
Prayrak Mehra is the Marketing Manager of Kingstown College. Prayrak is responsible to drive digital marketing strategy and demand for Kingstown courses.
Rachel
Rachel is an administration manager in the Kingstown College Support Office. Her friendly and prompt support for our students is key to the successful administrational outcomes of the office.
