Gillian Larkin

Senior Executive Coach & Student Support

Gillian Larkin is a Senior Executive Coach with Kingstown College.  Gillian is also Student Support with the College.  Gillian has a First Class Honours Degree and an MSc from Trinity College in Applied Social Research.

Gillian has an unmatched experience in working with and coaching groups.  She has experience in delivering programmes in Conflict Resolution with a focus on understanding the reason behind unconstructive behaviour. She is experienced in the social care field, has run her own business and now works within the education space.  Gill has extensive experience in working with people and lectures and supports management in the areas of leadership, change management and achieving goals. Gill also has extensive experience in the area of mental health and well-being and is a lecturer on the Diploma in Mental Health and Well-Being and the Diploma in Accredited Corporate Well-Being Coaching offered by Kingstown College. Gill holds accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Ireland.
