Masterclass with Paula King and Dr Chandrika Deshpande

Well-being and performance: Making the Case for a culture of wellbeing in organisations

In partnership with leading economists, psychologists, and other acclaimed scientists, Gallup scientists have uncovered the common elements of well-being that transcends countries and cultures. This work shows evidence that the status of the organisation is largely defined by the sum total of the wellbeing of the individuals within it. For more than 50 years, Gallup scientists have been exploring the demands of a life well-lived. The concept of a living our best lives is a concept and question we, as coaches and mentors, have an equal hunger, curiosity and interest in exploring.

This MasterClass will build and expand on how this work can now be brought into organisations through the introduction of a well-being coaching culture. We will introduce you to cutting edge research into corporate well-being coaching and share with you the results of our International Survey which has been answered by respondents ranging from HR Professionals, Leaders, L & D, Consultants, Coaches, and Mentors based worldwide. On completion of our time together you will receive a copy of our International Survey and Corporate Well-being Coaching Resource Materials to assist you to advance your coaching practice in this important space. Our voyage together will contain four stops.

Session on Wednesday, Apr 24, 09:00
