Mentoring

Kingstown College’s assessment process is a robust procedure of formative and summative practical and theoretical assessment based on best practice coaching competences and standards as outlined by leading international coaching associations and councils (e.g. EMCC, ICF and IAC) and the Global Code of Ethics.

EMCC ESQA Certificate in Coaching Supervision

This Coaching Supervision programme is a short course appropriate for coaches who have achieved at least equivalent to Practitioner level in coach training and have in excess of 100 hours coaching experience.

The only course in Ireland accredited by EMCC and ICF.
Continuous feedback and mentoring by Master Coaches during the course and for twelve months after the course.
