Introduction to Life Coaching
Our highly successful Diploma in Personal, Leadership, Executive and Life Coaching provides students with the opportunity to join an international community of coaches. This Life Coaching Qualification design incorporates the most current research conducted by thought leaders in the area of team and life coaching, emotional intelligence, leadership, positive psychology, neuro-linguistic programming and career coaching. This coaching programme is appropriate for individuals from diverse backgrounds including leaders, HR professionals, learning and development specialists, team leaders, psychologist and therapists wishing to become a professional coach or to incorporate coaching skills into their personal and professional life.
The development and enhancement of your key skills and behaviours as a Professional Coach is a core objective of our Diploma. This is achieved through a distinctive delivery style combining cutting edge content and theory with focused experiential learning. Unique to this course is student access to online support, resource materials and demonstration videos.
We understand students need to balance studying with other responsibilities in their lives and offer a flexible training schedule to cater to your personal requirements. The programme generally runs over 14 week days or weekend days (10am-4pm) or 21 evenings (6.30pm-9.30pm) and is spread out over approximately 6 months.

All of our coaches are qualified to the highest standards including accreditation with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). Students are mentored, supported and continuously assessed during their course.
Assignments
To prove their coaching competencies, students are required to also complete a series of assignments including:
- Peer coaching and client sessions
- Analysis of Books and Journal Articles relating to Coaching
- Two essays on issues relating to Coaching
