This programme is for individuals who wish to attain a Postgraduate qualification in Coaching and Mentoring.

It is especially suitable for

  • HR, OD, Change and Strategic Leaders, Consultants and organisation Scheme Designers seeking to introduce coaching and mentoring concepts,practices and schemes into their organisations to enable change and improve performance
  • Senior leaders and executives seeking to introduce coaching and mentoring into their leadership style

Stage 1 – Postgraduate Certificate (Feb – Sept 2019) – approx £5,145

Stage 2 – Postgraduate Diploma (Nov 2019 – June 2020) – approx £3,605

Stage 3 – MSc. (Dissertation workshops Sept 2020 – Jan 2021) – approx £3,300

Graduates of the Kingstown College ‘Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching’ will receive an exemption from Module 1 of the Postgraduate Certificate and will begin at April 2019.

Classes in Ireland

Each module of the PG Certificate is delivered in 4 day blocks (Tuesday – Friday 9.30am-5pm approx) which are usually spaced apart by 8 weeks. The module duration varies at PG Diploma and MSc.levels. (Please note that the dates on the Sheffield Hallam University are for UK course. Dates for Ireland are yet to be finalised).

Entry Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification in business or social science-related discipline from an approved awarding body.
  • If you do not hold a degree, the Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching from Kingstown College combined with a demonstration of substantial knowledge, experience and skills in a relevant field, may be considered.
