Train the Trainer
The aim of the Training and Development Special Purpose Award programme (previously Train the Trainer) is to enable participants to develop the necessary knowledge, skills and confidence to undertake training activities.
Certificate in Training Delivery and Evaluation
The Kingstown College Certificate in Training Delivery and Evaluation programme is a 3-day component award which makes up Module 02 of the new QQI Level 6 Training and Development Special Purpose Award. This special purpose award has replaced the old FETAC/QQI Train the Trainer course from January 2015.
Certificate in Training Needs Identification and Design
The Certificate in Training Needs Identification and Design programme is specifically designed to enable participants to develop the necessary knowledge, skills and confidence to identify and analyse training needs, and to plan, design and develop relevant training interventions.
